Shipping Policy
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take
an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
International Orders (outside of the U.S.) will vary on delivery time. The customer is responsible for any additional tariffs or taxes for their respective country if applicable.
The shipping cost will be calculated during your checkout process.
Factory Defective Procedure
Items that are deemed factory defective from our technical team will be exchanged for a new unit. We kindly ask the customer is responsible for the initial return cost to us. After the product is deemed factory defective after our inspection process, the customer may choose the shipping cost reimbursement, coupon, or product exchange for the said cost. To start this process, please contact us at support@ironquad.com as a ticket is required to start this process. Items that are sent without a ticket may result in loss or extend the service time.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be in "new" condition within 15 days of purchase along with evidence of purchase and purchase date. The product or accessories must not have been removed or the box attempted to be opened. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Any items returned that fails to meet the criteria above may lead to no refunds and the customer is responsible for the return shipment back to the customer.
