SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated during your checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be in "new" condition within 15 days of purchase along with evidence of purchase and purchase date. The product or accessories must not have been removed or the box attempted to be opened. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Any items returned that fails to meet the criteria above may lead to no refunds. 

Factory defective items will be exchanged for a new unit at no cost. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and will be refunded once the products has been inspected to confirm the unit is an defective item.
